What’s on your agenda this weekend?
DIY Toddler Outfit
reposted from Life Unfluffed.
Lately I have been feeling like crafting a lot. Which, is great because it’s been a while!
Something about crafting during nap time makes me feel more like me and not just a mom…And I like that.
Anyway, as I was digging through El’s endless amounts of (mostly Summer) clothes and putting them into bins, I came across some super dingy white jeggings and a boring white long sleeved shirt which she wore once.
I knew I wanted to do something with them both, I just wasn’t sure what!
Luckily, after perusing Walmart a little while, it came to me. Dye the jeggings and polka dot the top. Eaaasy.
I love how everything turned out! Stay tuned for some seriously adorable pictures of my girl wearing her brand new notsonew outfit!
Missing you!
Wow, it’s been a while since I last checked in with you all.
Things have been nuts around here as we are gearing up to welcome baby #2 in January.
Thankfully, my “morning” sickness is finally starting to wear off and I’m actually starting to get things done around my house. I even crafted a little. But I mean, it was just a paper chain to countdown to baby’s due date…But that counts for something, RIGHT!?
I even added special paper for all the holidays that will pass between now and then.
I can’t promise my crafting skills are here to stay, but it was fun to whip out the Mod Podge in the mean time.
So tell me…What have you been up to these past few months? Any fun projects you want to share with me? Leave a link in the comments!
Back to School Lotion-Revisited
Oh my goodness, I’ve gotten a lot of emails about my back to school lotions from 2010. While I was absolutely thrilled you guys still loved them, I was super bummed because there was no way for you all to download them anymore.
And!? There was no way for me to send them to you because that computer is long gone and I didn’t save a copy of them. Silly me.
But, oh well. You live and you learn, right?
So anyway…I made some more!
This year, I made a few changes though.
First? With mine, I was a little lazy and didn’t feel like mod podging the labels onto the lotions, so I used label paper and just printed them off right onto there. It was WAY easier, and I think it’ll last longer than Mod Podge…But who knows. You are obviously welcome to use them any way you would like, ‘podged or labeled.
And next? I changed the wording from “we hope…” to “I hope…”
If you were completely attached to the “we” part of the wording, feel free to email me (erika(at)oopsicraftmypants(dot)net) and I can change the wording on one of the colors for you.
