Giveaway with Sassyfrass Homemade

Earlier this week, April from Sassyfrass Homemade contacted me about becoming a sponsor of my site. Immediately I fell in love with her great homemade projects.

As we chatted all week, I realized that not only is she freakily talented, she’s also so nice and so easy to work with. She is a stay at home mom, who makes her income with her cute little shop (did I mention, anything you don’t see there she will custom make for you? It doesn’t get better than that!)

April is awesome you guys. She has offered to do a giveaway on my blog and what she is giving away is so awesome. You guys are lucky!

Ready for it?

April is giving away a set of homemade baby things! This includes a monogrammed blanket, a bib, and a burp rag (plus a matching bow if the winner has a girl)! How great is that? The winner just tells us if it’s for a boy or a girl baby, and she’ll get to work.

I love that girl!

Here are a few samples of her work.

So, you want to win? Easy! You have 4 chances.

1. Comment on this post telling me why you want to win.
2. Become a follower of Oops! I Craft My Pants! (Or, tell me you already are)
3. Head on over to Sassyfrass Homemade and pick your favorite item. Come back and comment about what you loved.
4. Blog/Facebook/Twitter about this giveaway and about Sassyfrass Homemade and leave me a link.

Please leave a separate comment for each of the above, that way Random.org will be more accurate with their picking.

Giveaway will end on Thursday, April 1 (no, that’s not a trick! It really will).

Thanks so much, April!

Ow.

So, I am sitting on my floor right now. Yeah-My floor.

You see, we have no couch. In fact, we don’t even have a table or ANY chairs, for that matter. We decided that we wanted to start out in this new house all fresh.

Yeah, well that was an awful idea.
Dumb, even. I really don’t suggest taking all of your old furniture to the thrift store-even if it was from a second hand before and you don’t want to “mess your house up with ugly furniture”…Trust me on this one. Ugly old furniture is better than no furniture at all. Ya hear me?

Green Wreath

Now that I’m a home owner, I feel like I have to do home owner things. You know, like hang a wreath.

Not just any wreath, though. A homemade one. So, I whipped this bad boy up with a dollar store wreath, hot glue, and some tiny styrofoam balls from Tai Pan. (they kind of made me never want to eat Kix cereal ever again…Seriously, they feel identical)

I hung it by simply stapling the ribbon to the to the top of the door with a normal ol‘ stapler. So easy. Thank you guys so much for answering my burning question. You guys are the best.

Completely off topic, but do you need an easy easy dinner idea? Try these French Dip Sandwiches. I think I about died when I did.

HELP!

Okay, so I finally made a craft (GASP)…But, the problem is, I don’t know how to hang it (it’s a wreath)…Does anyone know how to hang a wreath like this?…With ribbon? It boggles my mind looking at pictures. Where does the ribbon attach? Will it show inside the house?

Image from Martha, of course.

Thanks for the help!
