This last week has been crazy busy! What does that mean? A flashback to one of my very favorite 4 part Mod Podge creations!
First the story: June of last year I decided I wanted to start crafting more. I was a once-a-year-crafter (Super Saturday) and I really enjoyed it, but I was intimidated. I also didn't want to do too many projects because we were moving soon. So, I started with a few little things and did a little post on our family blog.
Well, Miss Amy for ModPodgeRocks! commented and said check out my blog. I did. And WOW! That was the day I discovered craft blogs! I was amazed at how many ideas were out there. Awesome! Great! Fantastic!
So, I made a list of all the crafts I wanted to make once we got settle in New York. The first one on my list - and pretty much the inspiration for everything on the girl side of my kids' bedroom - was this canvas (originally featured here). I loved it! And I copied it; decided 1 was not enough, so and made 3 more - 1 to match for the girl side and 2 for the boy side.
Here they are:
The one I made:

All the paper used in the canvas came from these 3 stacks:
Needless to say, I love ModPodge Amy! She ROCKS that Mod Podge like no other!
If you want to see the whole room put together - go ahead and click here. And don't be surprised if I do a few flashbacks from that room when I have a wicked crazy week. :)

I was feeling very nostalgic about blogging when I read your post. Mod Podge Amy was my introduction to the world of craft blogs, and the inspiration for starting my own.
I love you canvases! they turned out so darling and very fun together. Way to craft!

Those are adorable! I've painted for years but have just now really started getting into collage and Mod Podge-ing everything! It's so much fun. I had a post last week of some collage pics I made. You did a wonderful job on these-thanks for sharing!
I have the paper pack you used to make the girl's side! Now I want to make one too
