Sorry for the mess. I'm trying to get a new design up and running!

Two small problems solved with a little Mod Podge and paper.

Little problem #1:
The two grown-ups at our place use way too many glasses during the day. It's especially annoying because we don't have a dishwasher.

The solution:
Scrapbook paper, Mod Podge, and a sandwich bag.
Here's hoping it will save me some time washing glasses at the end of the day.

Little problem #2: Our doorbell is broken and I rarely hear when someone knocks (unless I'm in the kitchen). I called to ask if they would fix the doorbell and our super laughed. Until I figure out how to fix it (or call demanding that they come fix or else...! :) ), I've been leaving little post-its on our door when I'm expecting guests.
The post-its have become kind of a joke with our friends.

Solution:
A napkin (from one of our parties - I love these napkins), Mod Podge, foam sheet, stickers, and a magnet. I don't think it will last long because Mod Podge + napkin = tricky, but oh well. And remind me to take it down when our visitors leave - I don't want any creepsters thinking they're invited into our apartment.

I find your cup liners hilarious! My boyfriend woke me up in the middle of the night a couple of years ago and talked to me for about 45 minutes about his "million dollar idea." It was cup liners. I told him no one anywhere would ever use them and he should go back to bed and let me sleep.

I guess I was wrong. Yours are definitely a lot cuter than the plain ones he was proposing! :)

We solved this exact dirty glass dilemma at our house by using water glasses that have stems and using wine charms to tell who owns which glass. Regular guests had their own charm too.

Something I love in the doorbell department: a wireless doorbell. The outside part runs on a battery, the inside part plugs into an outlet. It is great because I can move it wherever I am, and you can take it with you when you move.
