Challenge Me

My post names just haven't been working for me. Wednesdays are supposed to be "What I Want Wednesday"... The problem? There's not much I want at the moment. I'm pretty content with what I've got.
That makes blogging about what I want pretty hard. I'm sure you understand...Right?

So, Wednesdays are now going to be Wordy Wednesday. Hah, or something of the sort. Maybe I'll be crazy and drop the alliteration altogether. Let's just go with the flow name wise.

Anyway, on Wednesdays I want to get to know you better (I want to get to know you better everyday, but you know) so, I'll ask a question, tell you a joke, whatever. Then, if you feel so inclined, you can give your opinion in the comments section. Easy?

So, today I'm wondering about your pets. On Monday, I posted about how my dog is the worst behaved dog in the world...I got a few emails trying to challenge that. So, if you think your dog is the worst, leave a comment with a reason why.
I can't wait to hear your stories!

Here's a few examples on how my dog is the worst behaved:
1- He's basically just like Marley in the book (and movie) Marley and Me. He always tries to jump out the car window, and lately he loves to push over his food bag so it spills all over the floor, so he can get more food.
2- When I'm painting, he makes sure to walk RIGHT through my paint and trek around the house, leaving painted paws all over the carpet.

I could go on and on (and on and on) but I will spare you.

We actually have a pretty well behaved dog, her name is Diva...and She is ONE!

I like this getting to know each other thing!

I have a cat and she is perfect. The first pet that hasn't tried to bite anyone or consume everything. We tried dogs in the past, but they always either bit someone or would eat everything... drywall, screens, doors. Thank goodness my husband surprised me with a cat. She is only 7 months old, but she is very loving and is perfect with the kids. And she likes me best. Can anything else be better? ;0)

I have a bad butt Labradoodle.
and she's baaaadd.

-She refuses to eat dog food.
-She steals food from my baby.
-She'll take a massive whopping and punishment to her bed to dig in the garbage (some of her most lethal findings here have been chicken wing bones, raw chicken bag, etc)
-I was making home made hamburgers one night for dinner, and I left the kitchen for 1 minute to check on the baby, when I came back she'd consumed about a pound and a half of groundmeat in less than 60 seconds.
-She's learned how to let herself out by turning our door knob handles.
-She sleeps in the bed with my husband and me (yes my 60 lb labradoodle), and by the morning she's pushed me basically out of the bed, and cuddles quaintly with my husband and her head on my pillow.
-She's got an infatuation with wet wash clothes directly after my husband has showered. She often takes them and hides them only to chew almost a perfect hole directly in the center of the towel.

I could go on and on and on, but you could be getting bored. hehe ;)

well, we no longer have our doggie...but when we did, he used to get bladder infections all the time and leave pee trails all over the house...we're talking like, gallons of pee!! ok, ok, so that wasn't really his fault, but it still sucked! he used to bark randomly in the middle of the night too...i always thought someone was breaking in!!

I don't have a dog, but Eli can get pretty naughty. I love that you turned it into wordy Wednesday - great idea. I'm loving this blog!

P.S. YES! You can totally steal the mod podging of the plastic draw idea. You can steal any ideas from me as long as I can steal your ideas.

I miss you. I think we're coming home for Christmas. YAYAY!! Love you!

I have two dogs. One is very well behaved, but she is almost 8...she had her moments in the years past. Our newest addition is a puggle. We got her for FReee! She is potty trained & was pretty good in the beginning. Lately, she has been getting into the garbage can & eating EVERYTHING! She barks a lot. I like it when she barks at night, but if we move in the house. She barks at us. It gets really old!

Beverly

Just stopping to say this is a good idea for Wednesday!
However...I have three very well behaved dogs...the only compliant I have is my Sheltie barks WAY to much outside (not bad)

Summer Rae

I have to lab mixes, both are pretty well behaved. But one really likes the garbage every time we leave. And the other thinks he is the sole protector of our house (and me)...but I love them SOSOSOSOSOSOSO much!

Tammy@InStitches

I have the best dog in the whole world. Her name is Zoe and she's a goldendoodle. She's dog of the week at dogtopia. lol Go check her out on my profile pic.......

No dogs here. We have (or my husband has)four snakes, two tortoises, three millipedes, a giant centipede and one trap door spider. A snake got out one day...freaked me out. Overall, reptiles are well behaved. :)

Stephanie

I'm very proud to say that I/we can't participate ;)
My girls are so well behaved! They are so good that they are able to go to work with me EVERYDAY :)

(it's nice working for family)

;)

Great blog post, though!!

My dog wants to be well behaved, really he does. Except no matter how hard we try to house break him nothing has worked. Nothing, not a THING. Did I mention he's 6? Yeah so it's never going to happen but it makes me sad everyday having to clean up after him when he knows better. Oh well he's only 3 ish pounds so it's not that bad I guess.. argghh :)

My Scottie, Button is an independent, typical Scottie. But she really gets me to laughing when I try to exercise on the floor. Crawls under my legs, rolls by my side, just too distracting at times. At my age she will no doubt be my last dog. So I love her dearly.

Andrea

my yellow dog is the worst ever...he loves to eat my walls, woodwork, carpet, trash, food, anything that is in or out of reach including but not limited to: counters, sinks and my beloved digital camera!

Evan

Our beagle is really the sweetest thing, but she always has to be licking us, especially aiming for the face. Normally, its sweet when a dog kisses you, but not Molly...because Molly is a poop-eater. Gross.

Pattie

I have a Catahoula named Soldier who was once a major bad boy. I inherited him as a puppy from my daughter, who left him with me when she went out of town and he loved it so much at my house with my two dogs that she didn't have the heart to take him back. They had an entire acre to romp on, and romp they did. Soldier would run across our porch, pausing only long enough to put his nose in any unguarded beverage container and lap up what he could before being chased off. He was such a greedy-gut chow hound that I would have to separate him from the other two when I fed them because he would inhale his food then push the others away from theirs, and yes, they would allow him to do so! When I baked bread or anything else savory-smelling, he would stand in the middle of the kitchen and bark until I would have to banish him. My sister found her bras outside where he would drag them, and one-by-one, all of our shoes began to miss the left one because he would take them outside. I found a bag of beads under a tree that he had stolen and opened. I love him as I have loved no other dog, and have dragged him from Arizona to North Carolina, back to Arizona, and will keep him with me until one or both of us ceases to draw breath.

We have THE most adorably sweet welsh corgi, Zoey!
